Natalie is a certified Occupational Test User Master Assessor for PXT & the Business Development Consultant at Qaitas HR Consultancies.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the Lebanese American University in Byblos, Lebanon with a certification in Food Safety. Then, she pursued a Teaching Diploma and is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Management & International Affairs at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) – Lebanon and HEC Montreal – Canada.

Natalie has a long journey of people services in different fields such as health services, community service, education, hospitality, maritime and management. Interacting with individuals of different ages and backgrounds has paved a fruitful pathway to her current position in the Business Development Department.

Her main task is to prevail Qaitas’s core value of client satisfaction in terms of offering training services, consultancies and the internationally recognized and certified assessments. Natalie has great skills in identifying the underlying problem that clients might be facing in their daily operations of talent acquisition, recruitment and retainment. Her job is design tailor-made solutions for each client to assist them in cutting down on their losses and attain a high return on investment.
