To ensure effective and significant results, we highly recommend enrolling for a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of 6 months.
Virtual meetings will be done twice a week to check on progress.
Coaching will be done in two ways
1:1 or individually
Group setting for activities that require response from all participants
Each individual will be required to submit Weekly Progress Form to check action plan
