HUSSEIN MANSOUR

Hussein is currently the General Manager of Qaitas International Consultancies, for the MENA.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce from the University of Wollongong, he is a professional Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, a Certified Assessor in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society in the UK and a certified Master Assessor from Profiles International Inc. Psychometric Academy. His primary responsibilities are to manage the operation and oversee the design and development of products and services. Hussein is also involved in facilitating the training and certification programs in the field of People Assessments and Tests including the Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner Program and the know-how of Qaitas International’s Assessment Solutions and Services. He oversees the Quality Assurance of Technical Support and Client Empowerment to guarantee Superior Solutions and Service Excellence.

A proficient and talented Facilitator with multi-sector experience, he has been assisting individuals in developing their Skills successfully in the areas of Talent Identification, Talent Utilization and Talent Development, which pays great dividend in solving the various HR challenges. In his more than 14 years of successful journey and exposure with Qaitas International, Hussein has contributed to the development of many Assessment Centers in key organizations from the Public and Private sectors including but not limited to those involved in Emiratization programs.

Hussein has delivered Certification programs for 100s of individuals regionally including nationals from the GCC region. In addition to the development of Assessment Centers, Hussein is also a qualified Coach and he has worked with many individuals from different organizational levels to empower them in realizing their full potential hence, supporting them in bridging the gap for better performance.
