She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines. She is a Certified Master Assessor in Occupational Testing from Qaitas Academy.

Shannen has over 8 years of combined experience dealing with clients from all sectors wherein the last 3 years, she had been exposed to working with organizations to support their talent assessment needs and has been designing solutions within the HR process and structure.

She is currently responsible for empowering clients with their assessment needs, ensuring a productive and proactive relationship with new and existing clients of Qaitas.
